• If the leased asset is used for business purposes, the VAT portion of the lease payments allocated to principal can be reclaimed according to specified legal conditions, even for passenger vehicles.
• The interest portion of the lease payment can be recognized as an expense.
• The purchase price's VAT content is not part of the lease principal, and therefore, the interest paid over the term is lower compared to closed-end leases with similar terms.
• The lessee is entitled to depreciation deduction.
• Monthly instalment amounts can be reduced through a residual value-based structure.

Key Features of the Structure

• Available for both new and used assets financing.
• Our service is available to sole proprietors and corporate customers. However, sole proprietors are eligible for financing only for passenger vehicles and motorcycles.
• It can only be used when the invoice for the vehicle is VAT-registered towards the leasing company and cannot be used for VAT-exempt or differential VAT sales.
• Available in both HUF and EUR, with fixed or variable interest rates. However, EUR-based financing is only available to companies with certified EUR revenue.
• Under certain conditions, the agreement can be concluded without requiring insurance.
• Throughout the lease term, the lessor retains ownership of the asset while the lessee is responsible for its operation.
• At the end of the term, the lessee has the right to purchase or designate a buyer for the asset. However, they can also decide to return the asset to the lessor.
